1. The guarantee is valid in the event that the goods will be recognized as defective in the process of operation from the moment of purchase in view of the identified factory defect during the warranty period.
  2.  The quality and performance of the product (batteries, evaporators and chargers) is checked by the buyer at the time of purchase on a mandatory basis.
  3. In case of failure of the above equipment due to a factory defect during the warranty period, the service center undertakes to repair, or, in case of impossibility of repair, to replace the defective equipment.
  4. Upon detection of deficiencies of the product, the products are accepted for technical expertise at a service center, where diagnostics, repair or replacement of the warranty product or part thereof is carried out. Approximate period - from 1 to 3 weeks. The term can be extended according to the conditions of the service center (delivery of the required component, additional testing, etc.).
  5. If the service center detects the presence of a factory-made marriage, then the store will pay for the repair (or replacement of the goods). If the failure of the goods occurred in the process of misuse, then all costs are borne by the buyer.
  6. Warranty does not apply to consumables (mizers and  interchangeable spirals), including those in the finished product. They can be replaced at the time of purchase.  subject to the presence of a factory defect, which is detected in the mandatory verification of the quality and performance of the goods in the store (or when accepting goods by mail).
  7. Delivery of goods for warranty service to the store (or service center) is carried out by the buyer at his own expense.

The warranty is void if:

  1. Damage or malfunction caused by improper use, including connection to power sources other than those mentioned in the instruction manual, as well as operation in violation of technical conditions and safety requirements.
  2. If during the warranty period, parts or parts of the goods were replaced by parts or parts that were not presented or authorized by the manufacturer, and were of unsatisfactory quality and were not suitable for the goods.
  3. Equipment that has signs of repair, tampering or damage caused by the ingestion of foreign objects and  liquids.

Under no circumstances shall the store be liable for any damage (including any and all cases of loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other monetary losses) associated with the use or inability to use the purchased equipment.

Based on the Law of Ukraine and Russia - the exchange of non-food goods of good quality is carried out if the specified goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as a receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming payment of the specified goods . The lack of a consumer receipt or cash receipt or another document confirming the payment of the goods does not deprive him of the possibility of invoking testimony. The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar product from the seller from whom this product was purchased, if the specified product did not fit in shape, size, style, color, size or configuration. The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of its purchase.
